Well I split from my hubby 7 weeks ago after he left me and moved to wales for somone else and iv put on nearly all bar 5lbs that I had lost, so im back up to 18st 6lb again.

And it feels like Iv just lost all motivation I just cant seem to get back into it again, I realy want to loose the weight I dont want to be a fat mummy anymore.

Can anyone out there give me any tips to get back on the wagon again pls.

Your probably eating food for comfort. I know it's hard but try to find emotional support from your friends maybe? Try to go out with them and do something besides a restaurant see if you can find a local trail and walk it together for an hour or so? The thing is like the above poster said, you are worth it and you'll believe it even more when you look in that mirror and see how awesome you look.

Imagine what your life will be like with this weight back on now that you are single, and imagine it without that weight. Which one do you think you'll be happier with.

Start out with small exercise goals, maybe just a walk after dinner. (When i'm outside walking it tends to help me relax and clear my head from all of today's stuff) and work your way back up.

Forget your ex. You're going to lose weight and be a hot momma in no time. You'll be healthier and prettier than you are now :)

Do you know which diet you're going to follow, or which foods you like to eat?
