I would call a change in the tightness of your clothes a NSV when you loose fat and increase muscle mass. The scale may not show the change, but you FEEL it. NSV0

My NSV was when I reached the last hole on my belt.
I went from buying a belt that barely fit to the last hole in 6 months.
