If you have an iPhone, there's a couple of apps recommending songs with similar BPMs. Perfect for workouts!
  • I have found that Kesha is awesome to work out to/run to...I also have some oldies on my Ipod...Michael Jackson Beat It...All Star by Smashmouth...Lady Gaga.....Bulletproof by LaRoux....Rihanna...Britney Spears (I know...but some good beats)....

I made a few mixes. They last about an hr and one in particular is to walk to the beat (approx 4mph)

Has all kinds of music in it

I'm really into hiphop/r&b/pop -- because it's upbeat, they bring my mood up!. Most of my songs that I walk too are by women.

    Here are some random examples:

"Who Run The World" - Beyonce
    "Super Bass"- Nicki Minaj
"Whip My Hair"- Willow Smith (yeah..i know, lol)
    "Just Can't Get Enough" - B.E.P
    "I Gotta Feeling" - B.E.P
    "Pon De Floor" - Beyonce
"Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" - Cyndi Lauper (so awesome!)
    "E.T" - Katy Perry
    "TGIF" - Katy Perry
    "So What"- Pink
    "tik Toc" - Ke$ha

    pretty much anything upbeat

A lot of AFI, Anti-flag, Ramones, Coheed and Cambria, Senses Fail.

My cool downs include a lot of Dispatch and State Radio.

j LO on the floor, pitbull, pink raise your glass, S&M rhianna, miiey cyrus can't be tamed, enrique dirty dancer...those are top on my playlist!
  • Foster the People. The entire Torches album. A great upbeat album. Also, sadly enough, the Dazed and Confused soundtrack has a great mix of high energy tunes.
