Fitbit sync

I wasn’t sure where to post this! My Fitbit doesn’t seem to sync to MyFitnessPal all the time. I have over 10,000 steps today but on MyFitnessPal it only shows 4,000. I’ve gone to the “more” section and manually made it sync. It says it has synced but it still doesn’t show the correct steps. Anyone else had this problem?

    Fitbit announced on Twitter they are having a problem today they are working to resolve

    Fitbit won't even let me log in. It was working fine five hours ago but it says my username or password is wrong all of a sudden and I know it's not. On mobile, I got a sync error so I decided to give it an hour; now I got logged out of the app and can't log back in.

    Thanks for the info. I've been having problems with fitbit quite often lately and I suspected they may be down today. My problem lately has been with the sync button not working half the time. I end up having to go to my phone in order to sync. I turn of bluetooth on my computer and turn it on on my phone and sync that way. The other buttons on the fitbit connect work fine but the sync button just doesn't do anything on my computer much of the time lately. Then sometimes it works so it really is quite annoying.

    Mine just synced. Hopefully that’s a sign that the problem is resolved
