Does anyone know any excerises that will burn calories quick that don't involve jumping or balancing? If y'all know any, please reply.😊

    Cross country skiing is pretty high up on the list. Running too. Racing a bike.

    But spending more time is the way to burn the most calories. So it's good to find something you enjoy.
