What is KYF? I keep seeing it in recipes on mfp

    can you provide an example? I don't recall seeing that. Is if from the MFP company content (in which case you might be better off asking on the sites where they post the recipes) or in user-provided recipes on the forums (where you are now)?

    I think it's this too... But I can only see it in the database, not sure where the recipes are.

    I'm assuming it's a website/company with recipes. OP, unless you're making the specific recipes, don't use generic entries for meals - you have no idea how a dish was prepared or what goes in to it. Enter each ingredient separately.

    Thanks for the replies, I guess Know Your Food is a manufacturer. Idon't like using a generic recipe but just for saving time.

    Kyf is a blog portal dedicated to nutrition and wellness https://www.knowyourfood.in/. They also have a free recipe blog creation site https://www.recipe.knowyourfood.in/ and a free virtual store creation website for dietitians https://www.dietitian.knowyourfood.in/
