I get an intense pain in my shoulders when I squat, even though my shoulders have a lot of flexibility. Does anybody know how to fix it?

Low Bar or High Bar?1

Too vague of a description to fix over the internet not knowing your health history and training experienxe with the squat as well as other lifts that might have some part of your perceived pain levels.
One things I generally suggest in this situation is experimenting with different widths of hand placements on the barbell and/or barbell placements on your back as a start.

I had heard low bar was harder on the shoulders, I don't have so much help otherwise.0 -
