So I am not a small girl, which is why I am working out and eating right. So when I work out I usually do the elliptical for about 20-25 min before I want to die and then move on to walking or biking. Well, today I kept pushing myself and while it hurt I pushed to 45 mins! My cardio endurance is finally moving forward! :happy:

    no matter how much you want to quit, keep going. because the burn wont get any worse. and evenutally you'll hit ur second wind and feel like you can keep going forever. (well forever may be a little over exagerating)
