Ps what I mean by this, is that there is an element of total vs type of calories (ie macros) however I’ve tried the low carb high fat vs the high carb low fat and the results are similar they both merely cause a caloric deficit.3

Incredible mate. There’s a lot of assumption that it’s all about the macros, without even knowing how many kcal someone needs for their goals first.2

on my behalf I think that’s the case I was so wrapped up in the elimination of a food group to create an unconscious calorie deficit then believe it’s fat or carbs, laziness really not wanting to track my food and admit I’m overeating.0
