Chicken breast and egg whites are good protein sources.

Do stores card for apples and yogurt these days?
I knew social media made being a teenager tough.
Didn’t know about age/graduation requirements on groceries.

Sorry. Early morning Sarcastic Voice sometimes wins.

What does ‘student in high school’ mean for your dietary needs?
    Are you looking for:
    -easy prep
    -low cost
    -portable
    -higher protein/fiber/etc?

    Google those things.

I used to do a lot of:
Apples (don’t get too banged up in a backpack), tuna packs, string cheese, baby carrots, mini yogurts (bought at school), vegetarian ‘add water’ dried soups (lentil, couscous, etc.)

Pinterest ‘school meal prep’ will have ideas.

If you get good containers, just take food with you. Having ‘home food’ that you’ve pre-portioned is almost always a better option than vending machines or government-issue school pizza.

How old are you? Being in high school and having to buy your own groceries is a little unusual.
