the mans double chin

Hey I have nearly forty pounds lost and still dropping it like a bad habit and yah my face slimmed down not to mention my waste too but dammit if I cannot get this double chin to dissappear .. from the front I'm good but when I turn sideways .... there's that MF'r does anyone have any suggestions?
