    We don't know what you like; how often you eat; what your goals are; how much time you want to spend on meal prep; etc. This is better done on your own, because you know what you like, don't like, have available, etc.

    Eat whatever you like as long as it fits within your calories and make sure you get an adequate amount of protein.

    Heck, we don't even know what OP is asking for (or if OP is asking for anything, since there's no actual question in the OP). Does OP want meal prep tips, a diet plan, recipes? Or does OP just want to let us know "I'm meal prepping," maybe looking for some likes or encouragement, or like-minded friends.
