When I first began my journey for the million time, I was at home taking care of my mother, who was recovering from a broken ankle and was non weight baring. I was able to get her settled down and go walk, rather it was outside or on the treadmill. Now she is up and back at work, I come up here to be her legs, since she doesn’t get around very well. I mostly sit around and watch tv or play on my phone unless she needs me. For the past 3/4 weeks the scale has not moved. I can not get away from 304/303/302. I try to get up and move around, and log my food. What else can I do to make the scale move? I am getting discouraged

In really really basic terms, either up your activity levels or decrease your intake. I think the fact that you mentioned that you 'mostly sit around and watch tv or play on my phone' is perhaps the aspect you should start with and find a more active way to spend that time.

You need a calorie deficit to lose weight. Do you weigh your food?
