Dying for a low-cal yummy version of this salsa! Whats your best recipe and what do you like to serve it with (other than tortillas of course!).

This is UH-MAZ-ING, all Trader Joe's ingredients. I put it on potatoes, eggs, quesadillas, of course serve it with chips and even crackers. It's good on anything.

Trader Joe's - Corn and Chili Salsa, 1 container (22 tbsp ea.) 495 cals
    Trader Joe's - Organic Black Beans, 2 container (1 4/5 cups ea.) 700 cals
Fresh Raw - Cilantro, 0.75 oz 4 cals
    Fresh - Garlic (1 Clove), 1 medium clove (4g) 5 cals
Generic - Red Onion, Raw, One Medium Whole, 148 g 60 cals
Peppers - Jalapeno, raw, 1 pepper 4 cals
Lime juice - Raw, 1 lime yields 10 cals
    Total: 1278 cals
Per Serving: 160 cals (8 servings)
