Adding exercise to my schedule for weight loss and calorie intact.

I have decided to add exercise to my schedule for weight loss. My current goals from MFP has my calorie goal at 1500. I have been consuming 1200 calories instead with great success. I am now thinking about adding exercise to my schedule. Should I keep my calorie intake at 1200 or increase it and if so how much should I increase it too.

even if you are completely sedentary, 1200 calories is under eating. the minimum for men is 1500.11

x100.
loosing weight faster is not better and can lead to health issues.

but yes 1500 calories PLUS exercise calories.3 -
If you want to add exercice to your routine i suggest that first : you up your calorie intake to 1500 (1200 is the minimum for women and is often sustainable for very short and sedentary women..) and also to eat all or a part of your exercice calories2

^^^Agreed with all previous posters. At sedentary 1200 you're probably under eating....at and active 1200 you would definitely be under eating.
I would go with the minimum 1500 +exercise cals.1 -
