Hi! Welcome. You're in the right place. Many like minded people sharing similar struggles.
Easy to get started. Enter your profile and your goals, like what is your current weight and how much do you want to lose. Start logging your food and exercise. All food and drink, by volume. It's tremendous way really understand the calories that you are taking in.
Read the blogs, participate in conversations, and maybe even start your own blog. Send invitations to be friends on this sight, and help each other out.
If you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to try to help, thought I'm not the most savvy when it comes to websites.
