Tomorrow I start getting serious again

I’ve been binging out of stress. Tomorrow it’s time for me to really start eating properly again.

I’ve been good for a few days and about 80% of the time. I’m also a binge eater.2

Same here, fell off the wagon because I was celebrating a big event and ended up binge eating for two days. Now I need to get back.1

When people say "they're going to.." it makes them feel accomplished and gives them that post feeling of satisfaction they would feel as if they've already done what they said they would do and that feeling of motivation only lasts those few hours, instead just do it and let us all celebrate your success when you've accomplished that! Good luck on your journey and future successes!5

A very healthy friend once told me that it was like tripping on the stairs. You grab the railing (recognize the problem) and then have a choice - stop yourself from falling (with the very next bite), or throw yourself the rest of the way down the stairs (wait until some point in the future to stop yourself). For me, I try not to throw myself the rest of the way down the stairs.5

It was always “tomorrow” for me.
And then, one day, I had enough and all those tomorrow’s finallly became “today”. Thank God I came through the other side.
Knowing what I know now, if only I could have all those yesterday’s back.....4 -
My tomorrow post was several days ago. TODAY I go to the gym.5

I started yesterday, recommitted myself to measure and weighing foods as I've been at a plateau for months. Looking at my food and exercise too to see where I can make changes for this last 12-15#.0

I’m waiting to go on a job interview. My shirt and pants feel a little tight. I despise that. This is motivation to eat right, exercise and lose body fat.0
