I can't count how many times I've tried changing my diets and habits , only to fail again. But I've realized that I should do it for the right reasons and it is t just about the physical, it's a mental change too.

    Hi Judy! Welcome to the MyFitnessPal Community!

    Don't worry about the thought of failing, people always kick themselves and are their own worst critic (as am I, it's normal :D ) but once you change your perception and mindset your life will then too! Craving a candy bar? Eat it! If we don't listen to our cravings we will overeat a ton, it's not failing, it's getting used to a lifestyle change which does take time as does anyone trying to change their life, habits aren't easy. Don't worry about time limits, just make time for you!
