Which was actually very useful.
I know how to perform all the compound movements mentioned in this post but if I have no bench whats the alternative to a bench press?
I'm literally starting back from beginning so these movements are perfect for me.

Have you tried a floor press? Pretty much the same thing, just on the floor ^_^1

Or lay on a coffee table and use dumbbells1

Floor press was used for centuries before the recent popularity of bench press.
I would consider OHP or variation of it as well.1 -

I lie on the floor or stability ball and use DB. Someone lies under an old coffee table and uses the table as the rack.1
