Okay so today i've had a fire lit under me and i've exercised three times today. I've walked a total of seven miles and then did the 30 day shred, but now i have all these extra calories. Do i eat them all. Suggestions?

You might get a TON of replies on this.. as there's usually at LEAST a couple topics a day posted on this one. There's a few opinions, but anyone that has had any long lasting success will tell you to eat them.
Short answer-- read this.

yes, use the search function. but my quicker advice would be to eat them if you can. if you can't eat them all (because that will be a ton- wtg btw) eat back at least half.0

How many you got?
I'll give you seven dollars for them. Are thse HRM calories, or MFP calories? I only pay two fity for MFP calories.0 -
I'll eat yours if you eat mine.0

If you want to eat back calories, just know that what you burn is not an exact number. You could have burned much less than you think and may end up eating more. To be on the safe side, just eat back some but don't over indulge.0
