Hello!! I have hit a bit of a (2 month!) plateau which I think I am coming out of, I don't know yet as I have refused to weigh in for a month!! lol

Anyway it has got to me a little but a friend of mine reminded me how far I have come and to appreciate that!

I want everyone to list some of their best accomplishments so far, no matter how little they may seem to others, as long as they mean a lot to you.

We all need to take a step back sometimes and just look at what we have achieved!

Ok so I guess I better go first!

> I have dropped 4 Jean sizes
> I have visible muscles
> I have not touched alcohol in nearly 9 months.

    I have lost 10 lbs (down from 120 to 110)
    Size 3-5 to Double zero
    Visible muscles, including 6 pack I never had
    No pizza since February
    Exercising 6-7 days a week
    No fried foods since February
    Committed to ChaLean Extreme and completed it, gonna be posting 90day pics soon!

    Mine are quite small so far... I have lost about 3lbs (LOL) but I have lost 1 inch in my bicep, 2 in my hips, and 2 in my thighs!! My clothes are slightly loose :)

    Dropped 54lbs.
    Down 3-4 sizes (14 to 8/10)
    Have been told by 2 personal trainers that I have a great, defined back =)
    Completed 2 1/2 marathons, 3 sprint triathlons, and am training for my first Olympic tri.
    I hold several of the leading female scores at my CrossFit gym =D

    I've shed over 100 pounds since mid September 2010

    I've cut my Body Fat from around 55% to around 26%

    I improved my resting heart rate from 110 (way too high) to 55 (very healthy)

    I went from a 24W to a 10 in pants and from an XXL to a Small (or even Extra Small sometimes) in shirts

    I went from a 45.5" waist to a 29" waist

    *****My #1 best accomplishment*****
    I have confidence that I am setting a positive example for my family and friends!

    WOW - the last time I was off alcohol for 9 months, I was pregnant...

    This is great because I'm kinda sitting here feeling sorry for myself since I've injured my knee...So here goes.

    I've committed to Crossfit - 14 months/5 days a week now
    I've lost 34 pounds
    I'm still struggling with hypertension and insulin resistance, but that drives me to get healthier.
    While my measurements haven't really changed, my body composition has
    I can deadlift 250 lbs, Strict Press 98, back squat 185, front squat 150 and clean 115
    I'm happier
    I bought daisy dukes this summer, and 5 bikinis

    I have...

    -Lost 62lbs
    -Dropped 2 jean sizes (Started at a size 18, now a loose 14.)
    -Ton of inches loss
    -Did 2 rounds of 30 day shred
    -Currently in training of C25K, about 1/2 way there--can jog 1/2 mile without feeling winded.
    -Increased my self esteem and gained more confidence
