Looking for ideas to increase exercise.. ability to with PPMS and a rare genetic disorder. Suggestions ,ideas? It’s easy to do little when your body quits before you do. Body temperature is a factor.. ie it goes up... I go down..like a big bag of flour.. so any suggestions or ideas would be welcome. Thanks in advance. Currently use a wheelchair and have limited mobility and strength.

You can try upper body stretches. Stretches for the neck, shoulders, traps, etc. It helps with soreness. This page has exercise videos listed down the left side: http://www.excelphysicaltherapy.com/news-and-resources/videos/e-and-a-videos/0
