So I have had an on-again-off-again relationship with MFP and as of today, we are on again. Hopefully this time, I can put a ring on it and stick with it. Since beginning my journey, I have lost over 100 lbs but the total number has fluctuated between 105 and 120 for the better part of a year and a half. I've earned a degree and several industry certifications, all of which helped me land a new job, so all of the changes to my new lifestyle bumped my health down the priority list and I know it shouldn't have.

Last month I lost my dad due to complications from not taking care of himself ever and with 4 kids of my own, I do not want to be him in 20-25 years. Because of this, I am back. I rejoined a gym and am paying the extra money so my daughter, who is an amazing athlete, can go work out with me. This with a change in my diet will get be back on track.

I wouldn't mind some cheerleaders with whom I would be happy to reciprocate the cheer so feel free to add me!

Welcome back to MFP...I too recently came back....I have been on and off since 09...I have given up and deleted many accounts in the past more than I care to count....I am tired of being a damn yo-yo...this is the year I lose the weight and keep it off..... Congrats on losing over 100lbs....I would love to be a cheerleader and cheering you on while you are on this journey...feel free to add me :)
