Does anyone here have hashimotos and find it really hard to lose weight. For instance lose two pounds-put it back on..a vicious cycle.

    I’m with you. I have hashimotos and I take levothyroxine. I was told my numbers were normal on meds but I still have trouble losing weight. I have to eat less calories then others to lose the same amount. I am just now back after gaining back the 17 pounds I lost. It’s very hard. Are you on any meds?
