Pls tell me how to DELETE meals or recipes.,. NOT on diary, but on create meal recipe page itself??

For "Recipes" if you open that list and mouse over the recipe you want to delete, there's this very light grey "Remove" option in the upper right hand corner that you could easily miss. You don't need to open the actual recipe. For "Meals" you need to open the particular meal and there is a more obvious "Delete Selected Meal" option.
