If you want to succeed, I suggest fasted exercising. If you aren't able to control your blood sugars, and by proxy your insulin levels, you will put in so much effort, and get almost no benefits. I mean maybe you will. I have lost 5-10 maybe 15 pounds here and there. But Keto and fasting has changed my life, and since October I'm down like 75 pounds. I mean... I crushed any such challenges, and I did so without setting 1 foot in a gym.0
