Hello to anyone reading this! My name is Kay and I'm 18 I am from the Wilmington, Delaware area and am planning on heading down to Rehobeth during the summer. I have been wanting to lose weight as well as get more into lifting as of recently and am looking for some workout partners or people to discuss different plans/routines. Please feel free to add me! You do not have to be from the same area, friends from anywhere would be amazing.

    Great outdoor areas around Wilmington. I used to work off of Foulk Rd and would always walk on the track over at the Bellevue State Park.
