How many eggs can I eat per day?

I am afraid of cholesterols! However I googled this question and got lots of different answers!
By the way, I do not eat meat/fish/milk so eggs are my only source of cholesterol!

I eat 3 everyday and my lipid levels are in normal range. Have you had your levels checked? If you have an overall healthy diet and your levels are good; eat hoe many eggs you'd like too

Newer research has shown that there's not really a link between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol. So especially if you do not have a cholesterol problem, eat as many as you would enjoy as part of your day.

As many as you enjoy and stay within your calorie goal.

I know a Gaston. Last I saw him, he wasn't the size of a barge. Obviously, he has been skimping on his required daily egg consumption.

If eggs are your only protein, you'll be deficient in a lot of nutrients. You will also likely find yourself hating eggs after a very short while. You'll do better to eat a more varied diet.

Be not afraid of the mighty egg! I typically eat 2 scrambled eggs every couple of days. Cholesterol levels within normal range.
