10 pounds left after losing 38 pounds since first of the year. I promise myself I’m never returning to the 200’s. Want additional 40 pounds to lose to be truly healthy and not be overweight nor obese. Keep persevering 😊 and keep swimming 🐠

4 lbs to go to get to onederland!!!! I can almost taste it...sweet victory without the sweets!!! I wish I was already there but the mindset of making this work and never gaining above 200 again will stick! I started this journey 6 years ago when I was 198 so I wouldn’t get above 200 and I have only been under my starting weight twice! I want to finish this year with what I started 6 years ago that was to lose 50 lbs but now it will be a total of 100! I have lost 44 pounds since January and I will lose 56 more for health, vanity and goodness sake for 2020! Hope everyone else is staying focused and not losing sight of the prize nor hope of the goal! We can do it!

Starting weight on January 1st and I believe it is my all time highest: 247.5.
    Current weight: 200.5

I wanted to be in Onederland by now and I am so close. 1 pound that seems to be lingering on my scale even though I feel smaller and tighter.

Go Keto! Intermittent Fasting helps as well so I need to give credit where credit is due. If I can lose 3 more pounds I will finally be under the weight I was 6 years when I started here. I wish I knew then what I know now! Now I have more hope for my original goal when I first started!

I didnt know what 'onederland' was until Ive read some of these posts.

    I started at 282 (20st 2lbs)

    If I get to 199 that is 14st 3lbs.

I havent been that since around the early 90s, even that might be pushing it a bit.

Im now 19st 1lb, which I think is 267? I get confused all the chopping and changing about with units.

    I've been slacking lately..
Haven't really been counting calories. Been eating out more and been bingeing. Not giving up though.

I have rebooted my group. It was originally a lost 4-6lbs a month group, but I am bringing the Onderland in it too since that is what we seem to be looking for. Feel free to join.

I tried to join, it said "group not found".

@showjumper Thank you for asking ☺️ I’m doing great and excited for this weightloss journey as I’m finally at a weight I haven’t seen for almost 7 years. I’m at 183.7 now but still 36.7 pounds to go to goal to lose 100 total. Good luck 🍀 and Godspeed ⛵️ for your goals! 😊

@nooboots You did the conversion of stones correctly! I first learned of stones when watching You are What You Eat and then Supersize vs. Super Skinny. Keep chipping away at those stones! You will do it! 🔨💪 😊

I am a three time loser (gainer) I have hit One-derland twice here on MFP and lost it. Now I am back on track, getting that excitement, see it coming which is all good. In the back of my mind I wonder what will be different this time to not lose it fir the third time.

@noegrand123 I remember being in the 220’s and was so close with anticipation to Onederland it hurt! You can strive and achieve and never take your eyes of the prize! Feeling better and better health and future is waiting for you on the other side! Just don’t settle for lingering there unless that is where your BMI says you are healthy. Take care of you 👍
