Hello everyone,

I’ve been on keto-ish for a year and have lost 84lbs with it and 30 lbs with exercise.
I started tracking my macros in the beginning and did 4 different calculators which all needed up different calculations. I’ve hit a plateau and have been the same weight since December. I have been working out since then. Usually burning 400 calories and do weights to build muscle.
Idk what I’m doing wrong or who to ask but my goal is to loose another 30 bs of fat and build muscle.
Also, I do mct oil bullet proof coffee before I go to gym then a protein drink after and my first real food around 2pm.
Haven’t tested if in ketosis in a long time but I watch my carbs under 20g... help!

Have you reset your calorie goal since losing 84lbs?

Have you checked your measurements? I often “plateau” according to the scale but still lose inches. Especially if you are exercising and gaining muscle. The scale can often be a big, fat liar.
