ticker help?

I dont know where to post this question so im trying here
Im in a few challenges and I want to make tickers for those ones. How can I do that? I already have one ticker for over all weight loss.

    Well, I believe that MFP guidelines state that you're only allowed to use the MFP tickers. As far as I know, the types of tickers you're talking about you'd have to get from other sites and then just copy and paste the codes into your signature box, under or above your weight-loss ticker.

    I've noticed that tickerfactory and lilypie are both popular sites for tickers.
