How to use recipe builder

I am struggling with the program. I can get it done but I can’t save it. I have recipes that I had saved from the past but I cannot open them up. Any help for me ???

    The recipe builder is often not working. Often refuses to save or log, but then does allow it when you try again a few hours later. The old recipe builder where you have to type in each ingredient and manually search is much more reliable.
