I bought Easter cards and chocolate eggs for my flatmates and I will go going to Mass!

    Easter egg hunt for the kid. And then I’m making brunch for my parents and grand parents. I’m going to plant my front garden in the afternoon if the weather is nice.

    Easter eggs and baskets early for the kids, then extended-family "Easter Brunch" at 4pm in Battle Creek (which seems like the setup for a movie that won't get very good ratings and everyone will wonder if it was any good after it quietly disappears from theaters in under two weeks)

    Resurrection Sunday service in the morning an in the afternoon grilling meats and veggies outside. Family grilling.

    Not much. Kids are into it for the Easter Bunny and finding hidden eggs and whatnot. That's about it. This weekend is supposed to be really nice so I might heat the pool for the season opener.

    Hubby & I sold our manufactured home and it was removed in January leaving a very large hole in our yard, so since we are supposed to have good weather this weekend we are renting a skid steer and plan to start filling that hole in and working on grading for a new house! Oh yeah, and our adult children are coming over Sunday afternoon for burgers :D .

    Vigil mass at 8 PM Saturday evening.
    Beer, chocolate and ice cream after while we hide eggs (kids don't believe in the EB, just a bit of fun).
    Find eggs on Sunday morning.
    Finish cleaning the house while Mrs Jruzer cooks.
    Extended family over for lunch with the usual middle-America Easter foods
    Return older boys to their respective colleges Sunday evening.

    Probably wake up around noonish, finish off the previous night's 40 oz, and then watch some stuff about Jesus on The History Channel.
    After that, maybe a shower. We'll play it by ear.

    Sleep in for four days (!!!) and add some extra sets to my workouts since I have more time.
    Rake the front yard if it's dry enough. Maybe start cleaning up the gardens.
    Thankfully Easter dinner has never really been a thing in my family so I don't have to produce one.
