Not quite a new member, but first introduction...

Hi all, my name is Mark & I have been using MyFitnessPal for around a year now. This is the first time I have been brave enough to say hello.
The app has helped me to lose around 17lbs so far, although ideally I would like to lose another 14lbs.
I have been hovvering around my current weight for a few weeks now, struggling to drop any lower.
Any tips?
