Same here. Baby just turned one, and I am still 10lb heavier than pre baby. Of course, I could have lost a few before baby. So, I need to drop 30-40 lb....0

BREASTFEED.
That never worked for me. Weight would NOT come off while nursing. But when you are done breastfeeding start working out and counting calories!0 -
My baby is 5 weeks old...and I am nursing. I feel I'm at a standstill of weightloss and really need some extra toning. I'm ready to give it my all but finding the time is going to be my challenge. I am about 10lbs away from my ore pregnancy weight bit ideally would like to loose about 15. Heard about this program from a co-worker...wish me look. Day one starts tomorrow!0

I'd set your weekly goal at 0.5 to 1 lb a week and make sure to add in extra calories for nursing (strangely enough I've heard this can be done under food, just search for it). Don't restrict yoruself too much or you'll see a drop in your milk supply.
And your baby is 5 weeks old! You've got lots of time. It took a lot longer than 5 weeks to gain this weight right?0
