So I was a little down today because even though the scale say I have lost 15 pounds I can't see a difference! So being in a bad mood I decided I needed to get dressed up and go out with some friends, so I pulled out the dreaded club pants (pants that are to tight to sit in but are fine when your standing) and I pulled them right up no dancing involved lol, they buttoned and zipped with out a struggle. So I thought hmm maybee... and I sat down I could sit in them and not only sit but there was no muffin!!!!!! Needless to say this took me way out of the bad mood I was in!
