    I like writing "smile" notes everywhere - on post-its stuck between pages of books, hidden in a jacket pocket etc etc

    even just a text/email that says smile

    I write it in the small writing so that people have to get really close up and pay full attention/focus to read it - it never fails to make people smile.

    just "smile" to capitalisation or smiley face or exclamation point

    I like SUNSHINE RAIN... It reminds me of those special days when you have sunshine and rain in a perfect combination of happiness.. it's kinda like my yin/yang.. ;-)

    my husband is always telling me to "balance" my life because i am always either hot or cold - including the way i diet/exercise. since starting MFP, i have made it a point to "balance" what i eat with what i burn. so, SUNSHINE RAIN is my word. we have a pottery place nearby where you can go and paint your own pieces.. my daughter and i have started a collection of really neat mugs. The first was Sunshine, the second is Rain. we're using inspiring words to do a complete set - all with the same design but in different colors. The sunshine was orange with a white daisy on the front.. Rain was blue with a green daisy.. i may steal some of the ideas on here to do the next two..
