Please please help I really want to get rid of my muffin tops before my holiday in August what exercises help with this??

Walking away from the kitchen helps with fat loss.
You don't get to choose where the fat comes off though, fat can't be exercised.10 -

There is no exercise to forcibly get rid of excess abdominal fat.
Get thee into a calorie deficit of -500 calories per day. Stay there. You should be able to lose 10-15 lb by August.5 -

Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce fat with any particular exercise. Fat will come off from where it will while you lose weight...you don't have any control over that.4 -
+ 1 for eating at a deficit. The other thing is to purchase clothing that doesn't give you a muffin top. This used to be a lot harder back in the day but now there are a lot of options with pants with different rises and waistbands - find one pair that fits you well now, and if you do decide to go the deficit-eating route to lose some fat, plan to shop a little before your August vacation.6

Take pilates reformer classes and do a lot of core and waist work. I'm working mine off with the next 10 pounds.9

Fork put-downs and table push-aways. Seriously. You can't outrun a bad diet.
Weight loss is 80% food and 20% exercise. And you reduce calories to lose weight. You exercise to look good naked. But exercise won't fix your stomach if you're packing on the calories.2 -
