Hello, can anyone please share with me some low calorie meals.... I’m pretty sure I’m eating the same thing day in day out and quite frankly I’m getting bored! 😂

I like eggroll in a bowl with ground turkey. I add minimal oil and no sweetener. Just ginger and Soy sauce. Here is an example of a recipe, but I usually improvise.

In addition to the great suggestions above, what did you eat before you started dieting? You could edit those same meals to be lower in calories. For example, I used to eat fried eggs for breakfast sometimes and all I had to do was reduce the amount of oil I use to fry them. For omelets, I forgo one yolk in favor of cheese. For pasta, playing with the vegetable to pasta ratio usually does the trick.
If looking for something new, you could usually just google anything you're interested in and edit it to lower the calories. I also like

You search for the ingredient you're in the mood for, click "Filter", then the "NUTRITION" tab and choose "Low Calories". You still have to double check the calories, of course, as with any other recipe, but it's a great starting point.2 -

I get most of my recipe inspiration from pinterest to be honest and then look to see if I need to substitute anything. Haven't eaten such a varied, healthy and yummy diet for years!0
