Why do you get over anger quicker than sadness? That would be my reason- I usually don’t stay angry for long - but feelings of sadness can linger6

I want to say angry...but anger is usually fleeting for me, sadness means I care(ed) a lot.
Caring is an important feeling for me.
Anger would be the easy choice2 -
I don’t really choose. Anger first, then sadness.
A recent issue caused shock, fury, sadness, righteous indignation, more sadness, then distrust and insecurity and more bouts of sadness.3 -
Sad. I see anger as a knee-jerk reaction. It shows a lack of control over your emotions.1

Angry for me because I'm more likely to actually do something productive about the situation than when I'm sad.1

If you ask me, it's pretty easy to be angry at the world, or angry at ourselves sometimes
That is kind of my point. It is easy to get angry. Generally (not always) decisions made out of anger are not the best.3 -
Why Not Both ?
..... Let's Get This Party Started !!3 -
I can't eat when I'm in an angry mood.
I'll raze through a pizza and garlic knots though when I'm sad. Rather feel sad.0 -
Angry
I've been the sad wounded puppy too many times.0 -
Angry. I find anger easier to work through... it fuels me unlike sadness... which usually has the opposite effect.2

It can if used constructively but it can also lead to hate and tear your insides out. Looking at the world thru hate filled eyes can is very sad ,,so a double wammy
On the other hand sadness can lead to depression and that will lead into another dark world ,,
A person just cant win !
So I get pissed and beat the crap outa my computer ,,then I'm sad cause it just cost me a lot of money

A flat coldness with a side of “just go the *kitten* on somewhere” are my natural reactions during a personal situation.
At work I see things that make me angry and/or sad but my brain interprets and navigates those in a goal oriented way.4 -
Kitten??
I've never been good with emotions. I tend to stay mad at work until I can get myself together, and I spent several months crying all day about the same thing.0 -
Anger because it's a driving force for some growth.0
