Hi guys! I got in a nice 7.25 miles today. It's BEAUTIFUL here in Florida. Happy Monday to all!!!

    I took my kids for the first mile and then did another 2 after dropping them off at home. So I got my 3 mile in for today:smile:

    Way down here in Peterborough Ontario its BEAUTIFUL.......BEAUTIFUL AND -12 DEGREES!!!!!

    It's pouring here! I went out in what I thought was a break in the weather but ended up running in the rain for 3 miles. It's was actually very fun! Happy Monday everyone!

    I did 3 on the treadmill....1/2 marathon in 2 weeks. YEAH

    I did 30 min on the elliptical and then ran for 30 (got 3.5 in :happy: :happy: ) I'm starting P90X as soon as we get it, I hope I keep running 3-4x a week (getting about 15-20 miles a week in).

    Wish I was in florida - it was a long run on the tread today, but spring is on it's way (I hope!)

    I did 6 miles after work. It looked like it was going to rain but it wound up being mostly sunny. :smile:
