How the hell do you find macros on your food. 47 male on the ripped in 90 dat V shred program and skinny fat. Anyone in Aurora Colorado that can help?

    If you mean that you'd like to see your macros in your food diary, you should be able to see them if you tip your phone into landscape mode.
