Fitbit inspire hr

Happy Saturday everyone! So my husband ordered me a Fitbit inspire hr and I was wondering if you have one, how accurate are they when you use a treadmill, do yoga etc. I do the majority of my walking/jogging on a treadmill because the weather in my neck of the woods is crap from late October until mid May. And I’ve recently started doing yoga. I’m hoping it’s accurate but I’d like to hear from those who have used it. Thanks!

Hello. I had the Inspire HR for about a month. I really wanted to like it but it was very difficult to keep it synced to my Android phone and I found the step count inaccurate.
For me, it counted steps while I was driving and working at my office desk.
I think it is a very good design and liked the features but the two issues I mentioned caused me to return mine. It was a shame because I really like the Fitbit app as well.
I hope you have better success than I did. The good news is their return policy is very good.0 -
I've had the Inspire HR since it came out; I had the Charge 2 for many years prior to that. I haven't had any issues with my Inspire HR. For the first two weeks, I wore the Inspire HR on one wrist and my Charge 2 on the other. Once I saw how close everything was in accuracy, I gave my Charge 2 to a friend and kept the Inspire HR.
I've been using it ever since and have had no issues whatsoever. I can't speak about the step count during driving because I live in the city and driving isn't necessary. However, false steps during driving has been mentioned with every single Fitbit and is not an exclusive problem of the Inspire HR.
I don't use it for yoga or treadmill walking specifically, but I use it when walking, running, cardio intervals, dancing, and resistance training and everything has been great. Another important thing to mention is that if you really want to know how accurate the projected TDEE/CO is on the Fitbit make sure you do your part by being as accurate as you can with logging your food/the CI portion of things, including using a food scale if/whenever you can.2
