Calorie adjustment

I have a serious problem with calorie adjustment. I record the foods I eat in MFP, the trainings I do in UA Record (which are synched to MFP right away), while the steps according to my understanding are coming from Google Fit to UA Record and then to MFP. Everything seems fine and dandy in the evening when I close the day, but the next morning I see a calorie adjustment from UA Record for the previous day of over 1000 kCal every time. Why is this happening? It's like MFP believes I need 2400 kCal per day, while UA Record thinks I need 3600 kCal with the same basic data (age, sex, weight, and height) and the same amount of exercise. I tried everything that came to mind that I suspected might be causing this, but nothing worked so far. Is something counted twice? Or is there a problem with my settings somewhere?

I have a smart watch that records my exercise and steps, but when I sync it with MFP, it records it wrong or multiple times, or it won't record my steps at all for that day. I just ended up disconnecting it and putting in my exercise manually on MFP.

When I was calculating my calories, different websites all told me different information with the same basic data. I just trust MFP and will adjust it accordingly with the way I feel and my progress. It sucks that it has to be trial and error, but everyone is different and every body needs different things.

I haven't had any luck with synching. I have a Fitbit CHarge 3. I just add in any exercise calories manually on MFP.
