Wanting to loose a stone and half before my holiday, felt like iv been stuck in a rut for the past few months but now after signing up last night and reading the groups Iām feeling very positive! šš» hit me with your ideas š” im a working mum with a busy schedule always behind a desk... need some quick wins!

Hi, and welcome!
My top three...:
1. Get (and use) a food scale - accurate logging = greater results!
2. Try to fit in some exercise (google "Exercising with kids", and you'll get a lot of ideas if finding time is an issue).
3. Meal prepping simplifies busy days...

When is your holiday? Depending on your starting weight, you may be looking at a maximum rate of loss of 1 lb per week, which might not give you long enough to lose 20 lb.
My top tips are:
1. Be too busy to be hungry - sounds like that shouldn't be a problem for you
2. Make room in your calorie allowance for a little bit of anything you really crave.
3. Learn to love fruit and veg!5 -
Unless your holiday is in August/September you may have to adjust your expectations a little.
With only 21lbs to lose a healthy rate of loss is more like 0.5-1lb per week for you. You may drop a little quicker at the start due to water weight coming off and if you incorporate some strength training/ensure you're getting adequate protein you will help to maintain muscle which may improve your body composition/appearance as you lose fat.
Log accurately (food scale is best)
Planning meals ahead can be useful for helping stick to your calorie goals
