So I've been working out for 3 and a half weeks - I already lost 8lbs but, i'm new here.

Great job! Early in the journey it's not uncommon to lose large amounts. Don't be alarmed or give up when it slows. You can do it.0

i'm pretty new here too. any suggestions on how to continue losing? i lost 3lbs the first week, but the second week i gained 2.0

Eat healthy, exercise and stay away from sugar - I only drink water and once in a while i drink a glass of bolt house drinks.
