Binge eating @ night!

You may laugh at this, but what has helped me to control night time munchies, 3 tablespoons of Metamucil! Yup that's right Metamucil! It works. Not only does it provide essential fiber(wich you need to maintain regularity) but it helps control cravings, controls the amount of other foods you consume. Plus other health benefits. Try it! You'll be surprised what it will do for you! 😊

Eat some fibrous food and/or fruit during the day and have an amount of pizza and icecream that won't go over your calorie limit.

Do something you enjoy doing in the evening: go out on a walk, learn a language or programming, an instrument, anything you like. That works for me.2

I find I mostly binge at night if I haven't eaten enough calories in the day and my deficit is too aggressive. Now that I eat about 1200 calories before dinner (used to be more like 700-800), I rarely night binge. Might have a night snack, but that's about it.1
