I’m 10 lbs from my goal- based off pictures alone not knowing the number, would you recommend it?
I obviously am training and still counting . Picture will be below. I’m 5’7.5

This type of question is very subjective, but based on the pictures, no, I don't think you need to lose more. I'd recommend a recomp, where you eat at maintenence and slowly build muscle while trimming fat and maintaining your weight.9

You don't look like you need to lose but if you are not happy with your body composition rather than lose weight you can look into recomp. Eating at maintenance, lifting, getting adequate protein.6

Thank you. I’m retaining water from a birth control so it’s got me out of wack and work nightly so it’s hard AF! Got me kind of warped a bit0

Agree with recomp. Also believe you would like your appearance better if you worked on your posture.

Best of luck.6 -
Yep go for a recomp. Weight is a relative term at your size, you will get heavier when you develop muscle but look leaner if your body fat is low0

He's suggesting you have some posture issues, and that working on them will improve your appearance.
It's not severe, but I think he has a point. Your shoulders are forward, upper back rounded, pelvic tilt. Perhaps it's partly an artifact of selfie-ing, but consider the possibility.13 -

If you'd look at at the video you would find the person pictured is not a fat old man either. He's 30ish and most people seeing him on the street would consider him thin. He's showing what anterior pelvic tilt looks like, It's a pretty common posture issue that often comes with the amount of sitting the typical person does.
You mentioned you are going to a PT. Next time you see him/her ask if the pictures you posted shows someone with anterior pelvic tilt. Betting they will say yes.5 -
You have rounded shoulders. If you stand up straighter, you would look better.6

Weight's fine. Like everyone said, the posture...0

I think you look great. Can you give me your tips on how you’ve got such an amazing body? I’m jealous. I’m happy for you that you look so good1

Does not look like you need to lose but it's good to calculate your BMI. Easy to do on line.0

i don’t think you need lose more, I don’t even think you need to recomp unless you want to. Your body without trying looks good already.0

Wouldn't it be more productive to ask the PT is OP has anterior pelvic tilt over diagnosing someone on YT?3 -
