loss 4 lbs last week

I've been only on myfitnesspal for a few weeks. I have to admit before joining this website my wife and I have been reading: South beach and Savor: Mindful eating mindful life. We also do aerobics and yoga together and make our meals together. It's great to have a partner! When we started a few years back I weighted 207 lbs and on South beach (taking out the sugar) I went down to 187 Ibs. But I couldn't seem to lose any more weight until I found this website. Now I watch my portion size, count my nuts and watch my salt intake. Increased my potassium and include my exercise. Well it's working. I am down to 177 lbs. Thank you myfitpal.com!! :happy:
