Has anyone noticed any proper weight loss from using green tea?
I have recently bought some as it said it was great for losing weight.

Green Tea is supposed to be great for boosting your metabolism and it's in most diet supplements and diet protein shakes. There is research however that it would take a LOT of green tea per day to significantly affect weight loss on its own.
I use a decaf lemon version as a substitute for regular tea/coffee as it kills two birds with one stone - no sugar/milk/caffeine and a little metabolism boost. I think it's a good addition to healthy diet and fitness routine.0 -
Green tea is good for weight loss because it suppresses your appetite and is also known as a 'detox' drink. Whenever I feel the urge to snack, I make myself a cup of green tea with jasmine. The process of making it can sometimes be enough distraction from hunger in itself.0
